There will be matches in both the morning and afternoon each weekday weather permitting and spectator admission is free. Matches begin at approximately 9 a.m. each day. Aquatennial Senior Ambassador 500 Card Tournament 10:00 am 3:00 pm Ukrainian Event Center Find a partner and join us at the Ukrainian Event Center for a day of card playing. The event, which is open to adults of all ages, begins at 10:00 a.m. and ends at about 3:00 p.m. World Wakesurfing Championships 10:00 am 6:00 pm Mississippi River, North of the Broadway Bridge along West River Road, Minneapolis New to the Aquatennial Festival this year! The 9th annual World Championships Tournament presented by Centurion Boats & ToWanZa Wakesurfing. The best Riders from around the World will compete in Amateur, Masters & Pro Wakesurfing in Skim & Surf divisions. Media & Practice on Thursday, Qualifying on Friday & Finals with Award Ceremony on Saturday. The event will be held along West River Road, just North of the Broadway Bridge. Mill City Live: Joey Ryan and the Inks 6:00 pm 8:00 pm Mill City Museum Mill City Museum’s outdoor music series continues with Joey Ryan and the Inks. Set in the museum’s dramatic open air Ruin Courtyard, Mill City Live features outdoor music by some of the best local artists. Admission includes the concert and entrance to the museum from 4 to 9 p.m. Food and drink by D’Amico Catering available for purchase. Mill City Live continues every Thursday night through Aug. 19. |
